Nick Garcia is a proud Crawford and Venango County native with deep roots in the community he now serves in real estate. An Army veteran and current teacher at the Crawford County Career and Technical Center, Nick has built his career around service, leadership, and guiding people through important life decisions. His path into real estate was a natural one — growing up working on homes sparked both his knowledge of houses and his desire to help others find the perfect place to call their own. Known for being approachable, honest, and easy to work with, Nick is dedicated to making the buying and selling process smooth, informed, and even enjoyable. When he’s not helping clients, you can usually find him staying active in the community he’s always called home.
